WORKOUT SPEED:
Start off with a speed that feels comfortable but still gets your heart rate up. Remember to breathe in and out so you donāt experience shortness of breath.
As you get stronger, the faster pace will happen naturally!
Focus more on keeping correct form and feeling each exercise in the proper muscles.
If something feels off it probably is, take that time to correct yourself and resume your workouts!
